With a background in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and professional experience in Law, she brings a unique blend of legal insight and human resource expertise to recruitment and talent positioning.
Her work is driven by a clear understanding that many qualified professionals remain unseen, not due to a lack of competence, but a lack of visibility.
